On February 23rd, the Webelos II Cub Scouts were given their Arrow of Light badges and then Crossed Over to the Boy Scouts, with the ceremony being performed by the Order of the Arrow.  This was at the pack's annual Blue and Gold Banquet.  A web page was created by Charlie Brown, the outgoing Cubmaster Webelos II Cross-over.  He passed the torch to Matt Korniotes.  Check out the pics in the Photo Gallery.
